If you have forgotten your password you can request your password to be reset by using our password reminder service or by contacting our Call Centre. Upon receiving your new password, you must change it immediately to a password known only by you.

Our software stores your password in encrypted format. We use a state of the art firewall to protect our Internet web servers.

We follow generally accepted industry standards and all reasonable measures to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
