• Increased thickness of the attachment points from 2 mm to 3 mm in order to prevent the wire/string attachments from breaking off.

• Increased thickness of the rim and lid to prevent the lid holders from breaking through the rim.

• A UV protector agent has been added to the plastic to increase the life expectancy of these traps.

The Green Bucket Funnel Trap ™ trapping system consists of three (3) main parts, which slide into each other. The trap has a wire/string attached to the top dome lid which can be hung on a pole or trap stand. The pheromone cap or volatile bulb is placed inside the clear plastic cage on top of the dome lid. A Dichlorvos Block is placed in the bucket of the trap, which kills all insects entering the trap. These traps are used for mass trapping and/or monitoring of larger Lepidoptera moths like African Bollworm, Tomato Semi-Looper, Cutworms and Stem Borers.
